Noah and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Waiting time was minimal and always pleasant in the waiting room. Able to have a soft drink and relax for a short while. And I was able to have a car wash, left within an hour and back to my hometown. Thank you, Josh!!

I went for an oil change it took a little longer than I expected but Joshua Garza came and explained to me why it was taking long and I appreciate it that he took time to explain why it took long that's why I like going they for an oil change

I will say the shipping part didnt go as it should and is the main reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

The service staff at Price has always gone above and beyond in answering questions and assisting me whenever I bring my car in for service. Just yesterday, I went to buy new wipers for my Trax and they installed them within minutes and I was in my way.

Alex picked up the Tahoe, had it serviced and returned to me. Great customer service.

Alex did an amazing job at letting me know when my vehicle was done and even went out of his way to pick me up when I was in a bind and not able to get back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. Amazing service department!

Oil change in and out quickly

Your dealership put my name wrong on the forms. I told them that the day I bought it. They put my middle name as my last name because apparently they don’t know how to read a texas driver’s license properly. They said they fixed everything. Now I have received my GM financial information with my name wrong. My middle name is not my last name!!!!!! Now I am going to have to try and get everything fixed. I am incredibly disappointed.

had 10 AM appointment for oil and filter change on my Silverado. they took truck in on time, finished in 30 minutes.

The ac in my vehicle went out and when I called they said it would be 3 weeks before they could get it in. I have a trip I’m taking the weekend off I would take it in so I called again and spoke with Alex who said he would try to get it in for me sooner. I called again that Monday and he said bring it in to me. I took it in the next day he called to let me know the damage and that hopefully he could have it for my by Friday. He called Thursday to say it was ready. Alex is amazing. His customer service is top notch. He’s always so nice and helpful and honest. I ended up buying a new new vehicle when I went to pick up my vehicle. Earl, Kevin and LT were so great in my car buying process. Especially when I was not going in to buy a vehicle. They did everything I asked them to do and more. Everyone at price chevrolet has been amazing to us and we really appreciate everyone for all their hard work. We will always go to price for any car buying or car things that come up.

I made an appointment by phone on Monday and the service department scheduled for Thursday. When I arrived, I am greeted by name and work was completed in a timely manner. I will always have my work done by Price Chevrolet. The service writers know the true meaning of courtesy.

The service manager, Alex Alvarado, always has me covered and makes sure I’m taken care of. I always get prompt service and when I have to wait on parts he lets me know so I can plan accordingly.
